Practice details

Practices will be held at the new Spartan Stadium at Seaside High School.  Practices begin Tuesday, March 16th, 2021.

Training days: Tuesday and Friday 5:00-6:00 PM

​

*Athletes are expected to train on off days.  Individualized training programs will be provided.

Health and safety guidelines

*Athletes are required to wear a mask at all times except when actively practicing.
