Maneuver Athletics Track Club is a competitive youth track and field club that competes under USATF and AAU regulations. Our goal is to provide affordable training in the sport of track and field to young athletes within Monterey County. We are committed to improving athletic skills while simultaneously fostering growth and development on a personal, educational, and social level.

Practice Times and Location
Practices will be held at the new Spartan Stadium at Seaside High School. Practices begin Tuesday, March 16th, 2021.
Training days: Tuesday and Friday
Track events - 5:00-6:00 PM
Throws - 6:00-7:00 PM
*Athletes are expected to train on off days. Individualized training programs will be provided.
Health and safety guidelines
*Temperature checks will be administered upon arrival.
*Athletes must bring their own water and are not allowed to share.
*Athletes must remain 6 feet apart and wear masks at all times during training.

Youth Age Divisions
Youth competitions typically take place in two-year age divisions. These age divisions provide young athletes the opportunity to compete with other athletes of similar ability. The age divisions for competition year 2021 are as follows:
Age Division: Year of Birth
8 & Under: 2013+*
* Per USATF Rule 300.1 (c) “Athletes must be at least seven (7) years of age on December 31 of the current year to compete at the Youth Athletics or Junior Olympic National Championships.”
** Athletes who are still 18 through the final day of the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships are eligible to compete in the 17-18 age division through that meet. This extended eligibility does not apply to cross country events.
